1.order

(1) The photographer reserves the right to determine the image design and artistic composition of the images. Irrespective of this, the client respects the photographer's artistic freedom and individual style. The clients are aware that the work is always characterized by this style. Complaints in relation to this are excluded.

(2) 50% of the shooting price will be invoiced directly after booking. The remaining amount 10 days before the shoot. The remaining amount must be paid by the day of the shoot at the latest.

(3) If the order exceeds the agreed time, the photographer shall be entitled to charge an additional CHF 350 per hour for the time actually incurred.

(4) If the client fails to provide the cooperation required to complete the order, or if the photographer incurs unforeseeable waiting times for reasons for which the client is responsible when accepting the order, the photographer shall be entitled to charge an additional fee in proportion to the additional work involved, even if a fixed price has been agreed.

2. rights of use & copyrights

(1) The photographer shall be entitled to the copyrights to the photographs taken by her in accordance with the Copyright Act.

(2) Unless otherwise agreed, clients shall receive a simple, non-transferable right of use for personal, non-commercial use. The right of use includes the right of reproduction and distribution for non-commercial purposes.

(3) Any use of the images in return for payment requires the prior and express consent of the photographer. The same applies in the case of editing, retouching, alienation or redesign of the photographs, including photo composings, montages or other manipulations.

(4) The rights of use shall only be transferred after full payment of the agreed remuneration.

(5) There is no entitlement to the surrender of original files, negatives or other raw files, unless this has been expressly agreed between the parties.

4. rights to own image / granting of publication rights

(1) It is important for the photographer to publish pictures of weddings and shoots in order to convince other clients of the quality of her work. If publication is completely prohibited, a surcharge will be charged. A ban on publication must be communicated BEFORE the shoot, otherwise it is assumed that publication is permitted.

5 Cancellation of the shoot

(1) If the shoot is canceled for reasons beyond the photographer's control (no desire, other photographer found, etc.), the following cancellation conditions apply (illness with proof, as well as weather-related postponements excluded) - The shoot can be canceled free of charge up to 1 month before the shoot. - 1 month to 1 week before the shoot, the shoot can be canceled, but the deposit will be retained. A voucher will be issued for the amount already paid. 1 week to 1 day before the shoot, the full shoot price must be paid.
