Some weddings just stay with you forever. 🤍Not only because of the beauty of @villacastelletto_, but because of the people behind it all. Stephie & Nic are one of those couples who slowly became so much more than “just” clients… We spent more than a year bringing their vision to life together. It was intense at times, emotional, inspiring, and challenging, but always filled with so much trust and excitement. Getting to not only photograph this wedding, but also create and design so many parts of it—including all the stationery—made this one incredibly special for me. Fun fact: we actually met four years ago at another wedding I photographed, and the couple from back then ended up officiating their ceremony. Full-circle moments will always get to me 🥹 And this place… Villa Castelletto will forever hold a little extra magic for me too. Quietly. Deeply—in a way that’s hard to explain.🥹I’m just very, very grateful for these two and for the trust they placed in me from the very beginning. Stephie & Nic. Hi, I’m Julie 🤍 I’ve been photographing weddings

Hi, I’m Julie 🤍I’ve been photographing weddings for almost 10 years now and have documented more than 300 love stories so far. And honestly… I still get excited for every single one 🥹I just love weddings.🥹The atmosphere, the emotions, the chaos, the energy… The little moments in between that nobody notices but somehow end up meaning everything. I have my daylight studio in Arnegg, St. Gallen, and photograph weddings all across Switzerland and abroad as well. But the most important thing for me has always been the human connection, because the truly emotional images only happen when there’s real trust and genuine chemistry.🙏🏻I’m open-minded, emotional, a perfectionist, probably way too detail-obsessed, and deeply in love with everything aesthetic. Hair, makeup, fabrics, light, colors, emotions, people, art... I do touch-ups during weddings, fix veils, calm nervous breakdowns, and somehow end up being a photographer, cheerleader, and crisis manager all at once 😅And then there’s Marcel 🤍My husband. My favorite person. My calm in every storm.🥺🤍He joins me at almost every wedding lasting over 6 hours as my second shooter, behind-the-scenes videographer, emotional support, and the person who somehow keeps everything together behind the scenes. We work together so naturally by now that most of the time we don’t even need words anymore, and I genuinely think our couples can feel that.😇Great wedding photos are never just about beautiful locations or expensive cameras. They’re about trust, energy, and creating a space where people feel completely comfortable being themselves 🫶🏻🤍P.S. If you ever come over for a meeting at our place… you’ll probably get the best coffee too🤫
